Cell Phone Safety Tips for Kids
Mobile technology can be a great safety tool – children can use them to call for a ride, let parents know they’ve arrived safely at their destination, or to call for help in case of an emergency. Like any tool, though, smartphones also provide the opportunity for misuse. They can even make our kids vulnerable in certain situations.
Here is a guide for parents.

Supporting Inquiry Based Science Education (IBSE) for Special Needs (SN)
During the Management Meetings of the FP7 projects Inspiring Science Education (ISE) and Open Discovery Space (ODS) in Belgrade (Serbia), Helsinki (Finland) and Mulhouse (France) throughout 2014 and 2015 informal talks were held how the Learning Object Sequencer (LOS) of e-Hoop could support Inquiry Based Science Education (IBSE) for learners with Special Needs. The LOS is providing personalised educational material based on the individual profiles of individual learners. It could complement the Authoring Tool for teachers as well as the Delivery Environment for students developed by ISE. It was discussed to submit a proposal on the subject under the forthcoming calls of Horizon 2020 or Erasmus+. It was finally envisaged to hold a joint workshop at the Inspiring Science Education (ISE) Academy, which will take place in July 2016 in Attica, Greece.
